A Soulful Walk (formerly known as Forest Church)

Sunday 24 March, 2.30pm starting at St Mary’s Hertingfordbury
With winter yielding to spring and Easter on the horizon, we hope this will be an opportunity to find meaning and connection in the natural world around us.
We’re not continuing with Forest Church in the form we tried out in the autumn but would like instead to explore some different formats of outdoor gatherings.
We are planning a “soulful walk” in Panshanger Park on Sunday 24 March.
The walk will start and finish at St Mary’s Church, Hertingfordbury, SG14 2LD, where there is ample parking on the road.
We’ll set off at 2.30pm and expect to be out for a maximum of 2 hours.
We’ll stop at various points to reflect on what we see, hear or sense. The walk is about 2½ miles in length, over mixed terrain (the ground may be muddy in parts; some sloping paths) so please wear suitable footwear and outer wear. We won’t be put off by inclement weather!
Dogs on leads are welcome.
We’ll finish with a cup of tea at St Mary’s Church.
