“We are pleased to announce that The Reverend Simon Cutmore, currently Vicar of the benefice of Mill End and Heronsgate with West Hyde and Rural Dean of Rickmansworth, has been appointed as Incumbent Designate (Priest in Charge) of Hertford, All Saints.
