Some people love old buildings and organ music, robed choirs, processions and candles. Some people love modern buildings and guitar-based bands, video projections and service leaders in casual attire. And some people find all of this strange, inaccessible or irrelevant.
We all know that there are lots of people in our parishes who never come to church services. The Fresh Expressions Group has been given the task of helping our churches reach these people – those whom “traditional” expressions of church seem not to reach (whether cantors-and-candles or casual-and-contemporary).
